Abby Update

Abby continues to be our little explorer. She's accomplished the art of climbing on to the couch to retrieve things off the ledge in the family room and hand them to her sisters. She's also found that she can also slide other items over to the wall (the rocking chair, giraffe toy, etc) and pull things off the ledge. As a result, Ian decided to move the furniture away from the wall (so now it's basically in the middle of the family room). The girls absolutely love this as now they have their very own indoor race track.




She's also become a pro at zooming up and down the steps. We've now decided to try walking up and down them. She enjoys trying to figure out how various toys turn on and off and after that, they usually get chucked across the room. She also likes to help get herself dressed and undressed.

She's been fighting whatever bug has chosen to hang on since her hospital stay mid March. I ended up taking her to the doctor over the weekend to find out that she had another ear infection and a cold. Outside of her cough, you would never know that she's sick as her energy and appetite are good.
